Q: How to change DNS/Nameservers?
1: If you pick a domain at GoDaddy.com, follow these steps:
Login to your account manager at GoDaddy.com. Click to manage domains. Select the domain you wish to manage. You can see the existing nameservers for the domain. Go ahead and enter our nameservers with following values:
NS1.DATINGOPINIONS.COM
NS2.DATINGOPINIONS.COM
Remove old nameservers if any, then save changes. It will take 24-72 hours for these changes to take effect.

| A: Our engineers can integrate it manually if it has at least a few thousands of users. Otherwise it is better for you to use our dating platform and use your existing dating domain. | A: The "Sales" column tracks how many people have come from your site and signed up as a payment member. The "Referrals" column tracks the people who have signed up as free members. |
Q: How do you track my affiliate link performance?
| A: The tracking ID we assign you is contained in the HTML code you paste to your site. Any referral coming through your site will be attached your ID. We use this ID to tell how much we should pay you. If you forget to include your ID in a referral URL, there is no way to accurately credit your account. |
Q: How can I know my affiliate links performance?
| A: The statistics page is created specially for the affiliates to check the progress of links online. It can be found right after you sign in your account. All statistics here is updated daily. |
Q: Where can I find the statistics page?
Q: Why are partners not allowed to have subdomains through your web hosting service such as www.personals.xxx.com.
| A: Sorry, we do not offer subdomains at this moment. It is our policy to allow partners have control over the brand and domain. If you register a domain name xxx.com, you own the domain and brand forever. You will have more flexibility than using subdomains. |

Q: How much money will I make?
| A: That depends totally on you. The more people you can get to sign up as a member of your dating site,
the more money you will make. You will receive $1 for each sign up or $30 for each paying member.

Q: I just logged into my account and it was banned. Why?
A: We do not condone cheating or spamming of any nature. Any accounts suspected of cheating or reported for spamming are immediately banned and all payment voided. Extreme steps must be taken to protect our company and legitimate affiliates. Typical affiliate causes include:
- People emailing us that your affiliate ID was used in spammingactivities.
- Creation of fake accounts.
- High chargeback rates (7% or greater).
- Other inappropriate actions.

Q: What is the payout rate for performances generated from my links?
| A: We offer two payout options. We pay you
$1.00 for each person that signs up for a free membership
or $30 for each paid member you drive to us(our monthly memberships
are $29.95 US per month). It is that simple!

Q: How and when do I get paid?
| A: We make our payments by PayPal/cheque in the middle of the month, but only when you have generated over $100 in revenue. If you have generated less than this, the pay will be withheld until the next pay period, when it is added to the new total and sent to you if over $100. |

| A: Paypal is a system specially designed for secure sending and receiving payments over the Internet. Once you create a Paypal account you can send and receive money over the Internet using Paypal balance, your credit card, debit card or bank account. Please check more details at www.paypal.com. |
Q: I received my commission through Paypal. What
should I do next?
| A: After you create an account at www.paypal.com, the commission you received will be automatically sent to your funding option. If you sign up with a credit card or debit card, it will be automatically send to them. If you sign up with your bank account, the payment will be sent to your Paypal balance or bank account. You can easily transfer your payment from the Paypal balance to your bank account and use it as you wish. |
Q: I have not received one of my checks posted on my
stats page, what should I do?
| A: If you have not received a check, please first verify that the SSN or Tax ID is correct. Please send an email to us. Please be sure to include your tracking ID number, the month and the amount of the check in question. And we will get back to you as soon as possible. |

Q: What is your Chargebacks and Creditbacks rule?
| A: We will not pay any Private Label Dating Partner who have chargebacks and creditbacks of 7% or greater. Creditback is defined as customers who cancel their memberships and receive a credit. Chargeback is defined as a refund of payment for customers after the credit card has been processed. |
